Our energy level and mood fluctuates with seasons, weather, time of day, and with our natural hormonal cycles. Why then should we force ourselves to practice the same way everyday? The art of Sustainable Yoga for Long-term Happiness is an approach to yoga that encourages students to focus on the longevity of their yoga and recognize that ‘progress’ isn’t always linear. Here, we explore how to make all asana practices therapeutic by clarifying our intentions and tailoring the sequences, postures, and pacing to address our unique needs. SuYoLoh empowers us to be hyper-present, creative, and feel successful in any form of yoga or variation of a pose.
