Meditation is the art and practice of creating stillness amongst the chaos of our daily thoughts and experiences. This meditation workshop focuses on recognizing and acknowledging current emotions through careful observation of the breath, body, and thought patterns. We then incorporate mantra and visualization to assimilate and enhance the vibrational quality of our emotional state and energy field. With gentle guidance and instructions on how to maintain a comfortable posture, even those with busy minds can do this work. This therapeutic practice also incorporates principles of ayurveda to further improve concentration, release tension, and increase feelings of happiness.

Méditation pour l'équilibre émotionnel

La méditation, c'est l'art et la pratique de la création de l'immobilité dans le chaos de nos pensées et expériences quotidiennes. Cet atelier sur la méditation se concentre sur la reconnaissance et l'acceptation de nos émotions actuelles dans le cadre d'une observation attentive de la respiration, du corps et des structures. Nous incorporons ensuite un mantra et de la visualisation pour assimiler et élever la qualité vibratoire de notre état émotionnel et de notre énergie. Même les esprits les plus encombrés peuvent effectuer ce travail en suivant les instructions données pour créer des postures confortables. Cette pratique thérapeutique incorpore aussi les principes de l'ayurvéda pour améliorer davantage la concentration, relâcher les tensions et augmenter le sentiment de bonheur.
