Funk-Up Your Twists N Turns FILLING

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

A strong and dynamic vinyasa-based class consisting of unconventional twisted arm-balances. The asana practice is often best served with a healthy dose of repetition. Get out of your comfort zone and maybe break a few habits. See your practice from a new vantage point and cultivate the courage to make some changes. Transformation is the engine that keeps us evolving, keeps us striving to be better and allows us to adapt and roll with flow of life- even when things get a little funky.
