Elevate your mountain experience with a 90 minute yoga hike around the lower elevations of Mont-Tremblant. Find yourself in our seasoned trails. Be invigorated by the fresh mountain air. Your practice will take you to a stream where you will connect with nature and surrender to the forest energy. Feel the earth beneath your feet and the sunlight streaming through the tree top canopy. Wear running shoes to trek the trails. Do not bring yoga mats. Vivez une expérience de marche et de station-yoga en ascension du Mont Tremblant.
