Mindfulness meditation is a practice of self-discovery rooted in the simple premise that each of us has the ability to cultivate the body-mind's inherent stability, clarity, and resilience in order to develop compassionate insight so that we can take care of ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. By slowing down and sitting still we set the foundation to open up to the beauty, wonder, and awe of present moment embodied awareness. Join this highly accessible meditation practice in the support of sangha (community). All are welcome!
