Ride the Wave, Master the Flow! FILLING

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

Class opens with a short lecture and pranayama, followed by a flowing breath-centered practice of traditional sun salutations, standing postures, arm balances, seated postures, and heart expanding backbends. Those familiar with ashtanga will strike a familiar chord, borrowing from the first and second series.
