Challenge rigidity in the body-mind and be prepared to sweat, move & play! Explore complimentary modalities to asana practice with embodied movement beyond the traditional limits of the yoga mat. Linear patterns of thinking and movement will be left in the dust! In this session, develop lower body mobility, strength, and power through intelligent and fun progressions of jumping, squatting, lunging, quadrupedal crawling, and locomotion conditioning. This energizing and vigorous practice will explore movements and techniques that challenge our coordination, mobility, strength, and balance. The session will conclude with a relaxing stretch and breath practice.
