This run is adressed to you if you are searching for a physical challenge, however you must be able to run at a comfortable pace for approximately 45 minutes. Along the route, I will guide you through a training with muscle building intervals (squats, lunges and more!). The pace of the run will be a comfortable one, however the intervals will be devilish! You are going to suffer and your muscles will ache but you will love the workout!
