Limited Capacity filling up

Many yoga poses require shoulder strength and mobility, and lots of practitioners come to the practice without it! It's easy to acutely or chronically damage the shoulders in a yoga practice, and this class will blend practice and discussion to help you build strong, stable shoulders as well as learn to modify, strengthen, and rehabilitate existing shoulder damage.
