Méditer, c’est diriger notre attention vers l’intérieur et y faire un merveilleux voyage. Cette pratique amène à approfondir notre compréhension de nous-mêmes et à découvrir que notre vraie nature est divine. Nos sessions vont inclure les instructions quant à la posture et la respiration, et des exercices simples de respiration préparant à la méditation. À travers une série de courtes méditations (2 ou 3 par session), nous pratiquerons différentes techniques de concentration pour diriger notre conscience vers l’intérieur et contempler au plus profond de soi-même. Ouvert à tous – aux novices autant qu’à ceux ayant une pratique de méditation établie.

Our sessions will include instruction in posture and breathing and simple breath exercises to prepare you for meditation. Through a series of short meditations (2-3 per session), we will practice several different focusing techniques to move our awareness inside and sit in the presence of our deepest selves.
